Condition: Items must be undamaged, unworn, and unwashed.
Tags: All original brand tags must be attached to the garment.
Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be included with the return.
Note: Any item that shows signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors will be sent back to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Exchanges (Free Shipping)

We want to ensure you get the perfect fit. We offer free shipping on all exchanges. If you need a different size or color of the same item, please contact us to initiate a seamless exchange at no additional shipping cost to you.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected: 
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Window
